Several people have contacted us, expressing concern that the warranty for a bike may run out before good riding weather returned.
Here at Moped Depot, if you buy your moped now, we will move it to our off-site storage and keep it for you until Spring. Your warranty would start when you pick it up.
In addition, we are offering a limited-time layaway plan:
- A $100 non-refundable deposit will reserve the moped of your choice.
- Regular payments (once a month) must be made
- Bike must be picked up by March 31st.
If payments are not made or the bike is not picked up, other arrangements MUST be made or the deposit will be kept, other money refunded and the bike re-listed for sale.
OMG !!! Don’t buy this moped. Mine alayws had problems and they made me come in every 700 miles for a service check that cost $ 70.00 each time. If you go to Apex Motorsports on a weekend go to the back of the parking lot and they have a tent which you will see no less than 10 getting repaired. Everyone I know that has bought one of these has had problems. I got a Yamaha Razz that is 15 years old that runs better than this piece of junk. I’m sorry to hear that you had troubles like that with your Tomos moped.
If you read the owner’s manual that came with it, you’ll see that recommended maintence schedule is nowhere near that bad, and most of it can easily be done at home.
The Razz isn’t a bad little scooter, my sister has one. Too bad it isn’t a legal moped here in Ohio.
